At 2Roots Oy, we take great pride in offering premium-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔️ The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of opening or tampering.
✔️ The product must be carefully packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
Returns are NOT accepted if:
❌ The bottle has been opened or used.
❌ The packaging is damaged or tampered with.
❌ The return request is made after 14 days from receiving the order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us: Send an email to info@2roots.fi within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2️⃣ Prepare the Product for Return: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
3️⃣ Ship the Product Back to Us: We will provide the return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its original, unopened condition. If approved, we will process the refund.
3. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was incorrect or damaged.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@2roots.fi and provide:
📸 Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
📜 Your order number
We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
🚫 Opened or used bottles/containers of olive oil.
🚫 Any perishable items that have been tampered with.
