At 2Roots Oy, we aim to offer a flexible, hassle-free subscription experience. If you wish to pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription, please review our policy below.

1. How to cancel or modify your subscription

You can pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@2roots.fi.

2. When your cancellation takes effect

• If you cancel before your next scheduled shipment, it takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for future deliveries.
• If an order has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation applies from the next billing cycle. An order already in transit cannot be stopped mid-shipment.

3. Charges

• If your subscription is cancelled before an order is processed, no further charges will apply.
• Cancelling future subscription deliveries does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for an order that has already shipped. This is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal (see below).

4. Consumer rights & statutory withdrawal

This policy complies with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and applicable EU regulations.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. For eligible items, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies even after an order has shipped or been delivered, as described in our Return, Refund and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
