At 2Roots Oy, we strive to offer a flexible and hassle-free subscription experience. If you wish to pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription, please review our policy below.

1. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription

Customers can pause, reschedule, or cancel their subscription at any time by emailing us at 📧 info@2roots.fi.

2. When Will My Cancellation Take Effect?

  • If your cancellation request is made before the next scheduled shipment, it will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for future deliveries.
  • If your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Refunds & Charges

  • We do not offer refunds for shipments that have already been sent out.
  • If your subscription has been canceled before processing, no further charges will apply.

4. Consumer Rights & Finnish Law Compliance

This policy is in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU regulations on online subscriptions.
