3.1 Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items sold.

Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (in case they aren't included in the product's price already).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, even after an order has been placed. If an error is discovered after an order is submitted, we will notify you and provide the option to either proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order with a full refund.

3.4 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at info@2roots.fi as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow our return process.

4.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to Finland.
4.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
5.2 Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the inspection of the returned product. We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or digital downloads, are non-returnable.

6. Warranty and Liability
Our products come with a statutory warranty under Finnish and EU consumer protection laws. If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us immediately.
