1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the capital area of Finland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • We store our products in Finland, ensuring fast and efficient delivery without international delays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with Posti to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, high demand, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the price of all products.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with our delivery partner.
